Reflection on God’s Word for Today - 25 Oct 2024
There’s no doubt whatsoever that when someone has been consistently faithful in their walk in Christ they become the recipient of unexpected divine visitations that bring them joy and fulfilment. The man Cornelius in today’s scripture was such a person. He was a role model in spiritual uprightness in his family and community and God rewarded him for being a good steward. If you were to measure yourself on the same scale as God measured Cornelius how would you perform? Would your praying and fasting trigger any response from Jehovah? This is the time to stop playing games with God and get serious with your walk in Christ.
